Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting a much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit due to a seemingly ‘’full” appointment book. The Marigold Spa requires that a credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $100 fee. If we are able to successfully fill your appointment, we will be happy to waive the fee.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We understand that delays can happen. However, we must try to keep the other clients and medical staff members on time. If a client is more more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we have the right to reschedule the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, The Marigold Spa will charge a $50 fee and will reschedule accordingly.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your security is of upmost importance to The Marigold Spa. Therefore, all credit card information will be kept strictly confidential and will be stored at a secure location that is fully compliant with HIPAA laws and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
